of the beautiful market town of Cowbridge in South Wales.

find us: park in the car park behind the Town Hall, turn left
onto the High
Street, cross the road and after about 150 yards,
you will see The Limes on your right

Travelling
East on the M4
Take Junction 32 A470
(signpost Cardiff City Centre)
Go straight over the flyover at Gabalfa
Interchange – then as below -
Travelling West on the M4
Take Junction 29 A48
(signpost Cardiff City Centre)
Take A470 turnoff for Cardiff City Centre
Take 2nd exit on roundabout into North Rd |

Then bear left at traffic
lights by Nazareth House nursery into Colum Road.
Go
Straight ahead at the next set of traffic lights into
Park Place. The Park Place entrance for the Students Union
building is up steps on the left by the Registry Office.
Alternatively, for the main entrance to The Natural
Health Show continue along Park Place to next
set of traffic lights and turn left into St Andrew’s
Place. Go under the railway bridge and turn sharp
left into Senghennydd Road. The University building
is on the left, just past the Sherman Theatre. |

| Parking
- Parking Vouchers for on street parking can be
bought in the Students Union Shop at the entrance to the
Show. Parking is free on Sunday. There is a free Car Park
on the left after the University building, next to Cathays
Railway Station and a multi Storey Car Park at the Bottom
of St Andrews Place, just before you turn into Senghennydd
Road. |

| Travelling
by Train - arrive at Cardiff
Central Station and take a local Valley Line train to
Cathays Station, which serves the University Building,
walk through the car park and turn right onto Senghennydd
Road the, entrance to the Show is approximately 100 yards
along the road |
